So after some bad config problems with my SETI Server, now it seems to be getting back to full operation.

DIVX DVD Players Arrive
I knew this had to come. Just like DVD manufacturers started offering MP3 and (S)VCD playback on their machines, some DVD manufacturers have jumped on the DIVX bandwagon, according to Slashdot. Of course, if you’re willing to modchip your XBox, you can run the XBox Media Player and get this functionality today.
A New Low
So it’s always with a sense of detached and alarmed disgust that I check through my referer logs to see who’s found my website, and through what search phrases. One from Yahoo this morning really made me realise what dangerous people there are out there: free photo only kids getting raped by animals. Not only a perv, and a predatory perv, but a cheap predatory perv. And yes, it’s on the results page, but I think the searcher will have been disappointed by what they found.
