This sets a bad example to other, obediant dictators and so that&#8217;s why the US is so determined to stomp him mightily.<\/p>\n<p>I was therefore less than surprised to read that, according to <i>Newsweek<\/i>, a shadowy <a href=\"http:\/\/story.news.yahoo.com\/news?tmpl=story&#038;u=\/ap\/20020930\/ap_wo_en_po\/us_iraq_bioweapons_1\">US Government-backed company shipped nasty bugs and bioweapon cultures to Iraq<\/a> during the 80s, when Saddam was obediantly stomping on Iran at the behest of the Reagan Administration. Iraq <a href=\"..\/Webstore\/Iraq%20War\/US%20supplied%20the%20kinds%20of%20germs%20Iraq%20later%20used%20for%20biological%20weapons.html\">used these engineered germs to kickstart its bioweapons program<\/a>, the same program the US is now claiming as a threat to world peace.
