He&#8217;s suing, of course.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.register-herald.com\/articles\/2003\/04\/26\/news\/zhamburger26.txt\"><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I took a bite out of it,&#8221; the truck driver told the jury. &#8220;It tasted funny. I started to get sick, and I ran to the bathroom and threw up.&#8221; &#8230; &#8220;I took the top bun off it. I saw something brown mixed in with the fixings of the burger. It smelled real bad. It smelled like crap. It looked like something &#8230; how can I phrase this? &#8230; like you&#8217;re going to use the bathroom.&#8221; King took the hamburger to the Greenbrier County Health Department for testing.
