I see they <a href=\"http:\/\/news.google.com\/news?num=100&#038;hl=en&#038;q=fallujah+second\">shot more today<\/a>. Way to build democracy! Anyway, it turns out that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.commondreams.org\/views03\/0429-11.htm\">Fallujah is one of those lightning rods for dissent and grievance in Iraq<\/a> &#8211; it has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?num=100&#038;hl=en&#038;lr=lang_en&#038;ie=UTF-8&#038;oe=UTF-8&#038;safe=off&#038;q=fallujah+market\">history<\/a> of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newyorker.com\/printable\/?fact\/030421fa_fact\">nastiness<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newyorker.com\/printable\/?fact\/030505fa_fact\">atrocity<\/a> that goes back generations. Meanwhile, <a href=\"http:\/\/news.google.com\/news?num=30&#038;hl=en&#038;ie=UTF-8&#038;q=cluster:seattlepi%2enwsource%2ecom%2fopinion%2f119331%5firaned%2ehtml\">King Bush is getting ready for the money shot victory speech<\/a>: the &#8220;end of combat in Iraq&#8221; Right. From now on it&#8217;s just a matter of <a href=\"..\/Blogfiles\/2003_04_13_WeekArchive.php#92684289\">crowd control<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, many people will say that these annoying Iraqis are bringing this on themselves&#8230; On a side note, it&#8217;s almost 33 years to the day since <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?num=100&#038;hl=en&#038;lr=lang_en&#038;ie=UTF-8&#038;oe=UTF-8&#038;safe=off&#038;q=%22Kent+State%22+ohio+national+guard\">Ohio National Guardsmen gunned down a crowd of protesting US students at Kent State U<\/a>, killing several.
