That guy&#8217;s case will probably get tossed eventually or a jury will award him $1 or something; a case against Starbucks might have some legs. If cigarette smokers can collect from the tobacco companies by claiming they didn&#8217;t know smoking was bad for them, it should be easy to find a jury that will be shocked by the nutritional content of typical Starbucks drinks.
