Hmmm. Only a few weeks ago, US soldiers had to arrest a Turkish army black bag squad within Iraq whose mission was apparently to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csmonitor.com\/2003\/0715\/p11s01-woeu.html\">assassinate Kirkuk&#8217;s Kurdish governor<\/a>. I guess they don&#8217;t believe in recalls?
