Didn&#8217;t use it for a while &amp; the battery completely discharged. Then it simply would not charge. Charge light blinked, etc, but no charge even after days. I tried everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just kept saying &#8220;Critical battery, please charge&#8221; or &#8220;Charging, please wait.&#8221; So then, finally, I tried <a href=\"https:\/\/www.help.ultimateears.com\/megaboom\/charging-issue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">that one weird trick<\/a>: plug it in and out &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/images-eu.ssl-images-amazon.com\/images\/I\/81suGzfRC7S.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">25-30 times<\/a>.&#8221; Then it charged. Who built that into the firmware? Why?
