Being so large, he could see their skin up close and saw it for the festering mess it was. Exactly as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jaffebros.com\/lee\/gulliver\/bk1\/index.html\">Lilliputians<\/a> had judged Gulliver&#8217;s skin while he himself found them exquisitely perfect by virtue of their minuteness.
