Obviously, none of these people have watched enough <a href=\"http:\/\/www.filmsite.org\/drst.html\">Dr <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=dr+strangelove\">Strangelove<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The New York Times has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2002\/03\/10\/international\/10NUKE.html?pagewanted=print&#038;position=top\">th<\/a><a href=\"..\/Webstore\/War%20Technology\/US%20Nuclear%20Plan%20Sees%20New%20Weapons%20and%20New%20Targets.html\">is<\/a>, and the BBC <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/hi\/english\/world\/americas\/newsid_1864000\/1864173.stm\">th<\/a><a href=\"..\/Webstore\/War%20Technology\/US%20has%20nuclear%20hit%20list.html\">is<\/a>. Meanwhile, the Pentagon is trying to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2002\/US\/03\/10\/nuclear.weapons\/index.html\">weasel out of it<\/a>, saying it was only a <a href=\"..\/Webstore\/War%20Technology\/Pentagon%20-%20Nuclear%20review%20not%20a%20guide%20to%20US%20plans.html\">what-if scenario<\/a>.
