Racist Moron Invasion

So I checked today and thought Roger had gone completely apeshit posting comments so moronic and stupid they were beyond his usual style. Then I checked my referer logs… this looney fascist fundie nerd site decided to hate-bomb me, and call me a drunken Irishman. Nice folks. The link was posted by someone called “Phil” with no user account… I have my suspicions. Anyway, I am going Wilde on this and figuring the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about. This bizarro site’s referer log is the usual rollcall of conservative, militaristic, and mean-spirited celebrity blogs that big media constantly promulgate as the blog exemplars: instapundit, blogsofwar, townhall, sgtstryker, hobbsonline, seankirby, philcarter, andrewsullivan, and so on. A roll call of the sad and lonely and potty-trained-too-early. It’s sad really, so many of the largest, most popularized blogs are run by these fearsomely busy, driven fascists – there’s something in their makeup that drives them to attempt to project their opinions so much more vehemently than non-conservatives. I guess more well-adjusted non-conservatives just can’t get as hot and bothered.
