Outsourcing the Peace

Looks like the American plan to make the British and the UN take on the dangerous task of trying to win the peace in Afghanistan was cunning. The Northern Alliance have started bickering with each other, with rival warlords fighting for power and beginning extortion. some are demanding that “all” foreign troops leave Afghanistan.
