Primero Siesta, Segundo Fiesta!

Me and Lisa are in Spain at the moment. Spending some time in Barcelona, then going south to see Seville, Granada, Cordoba, and all the mosques and other remnants of Europes Islamic Age. Inheriting and extending classic Roman multiculturalism, engineering and administration, the Moorish cities then represented probably the peak of Western urban civilisation before the city-hating Jesus-crazed xenophobic barbarians from the north re-invaded Hispania and the “Dark Ages” really set in. Barcelonas main economy seems to revolve around tapas bars and wandering tourists. More later.
