Heavy Going

So the first US Special Forces attack in Afghanistan was, apparently, a big mess-up that met far heavier Afghan resistance than expected and led to the US requesting the British SAS be deployed. After Northern Ireland, I guess, they are the ones with real experience of operating in a hostile territory.
