That’s a Gas

So when Mr Axis Of Evil, Hussein, uses poison gas against separatists it’s a war crime, but when the friendly Russians use poison gas against separatists… it’s justified. I’m glad I got that cleared up for me — even if there’s still lingering doubts as to the historical veracity of the US claims of poison gas attacks against the Kurdish separatists (in fact, the initial reports stated that the gas was of Iranian origin). I note the Russians used a poison gas that was developed by the US and rained down on villagers during the Vietnam War. A CIA memo in 1970 shows how excited they were by this new toxic agent:
