Han Shoots First

So with the news that George Lucas is determined to release only the bastardized goody-goody “Special Edition” Star Wars on DVD, it’s important to say it again: Han Shoots First. I downloaded the complete run of the Marvel Comics Star Wars comic from BitTorrent. You can download the comics *and* the original Star Wars movie trilogy digitized from Laserdisc at Suprnova.org. Sadly though it appears as if Lucas’s nefarious plan has succeeded. Lisa is only a few years younger than me yet never having seen the original version of the movie her recollection is that Solo shoots in self-defence after being shot at by Greedo.
