Wartime Priorities

Industrialised farming is so fucked-up and wasteful and polluting and destructive in so many ways. And even in the little details it gets absurd. Peanut farmers are to get $3.5 billion in grants from the Federal Government so that in this time of “war” the nation’s supply of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches can be “assured”.
