Long before his eerily similar role in the Nixon story, through his Warren Commission service Gerald Ford actively and passively helped to protect knowledgeable and guilty individuals and groups, including government officials, who in 1963 had stolen the Presidency and murdered John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
