Anthrax Forensics

So the latest forensic analysis has ruled out the Russia and Iraq as sources for the anthrax spores themselves, leaving only domestic US manufacturer as the only likely source. Some guy called Bill Patrick (workjing for the US Army) holds all the patents related to the coating of the spores with a special anti-electrostatic film so that they disperse with minimal force (such as the action of opening an envelope) instead of just falling into a clumb on the floor. What kind of evil sick twisted amoral fuck was this guy? I mean, if you work developing weapons, you can admit that you like making things that will kill people. But you can salve some conscience by saying that maybe they will be used in self-defence. But his special Army-issue spores that are murdering postal workers is so obviously just invented to be a weapon of silent assassination and terror.
