Good Luck With That, Karzai

So Karzai’s US-backed government in central Afghanistan is attempting to exert its authority over the warlords by issuing an ultimatum that all non-authorized armed men (ie, Northern Alliance militia) quit Kabul. Good luck, especially with Dostum still pissed off (even thought they gave him a ministry).
