All the available experience of various United Nations and other international organizations in rebuilding countries — some like East Timor or Somalia Rwanda in far worse shape than Iraq — counts for nought. By going it alone, spurning UN involvement and expertise, and then complaining that there are “no precedents”, they only advertise their ignorance.
